Sarsiadong Tilapia

ordinaryong ulam pero yumyum!



5 pcs big Tilapia
1/2 kilo red tomatoes, sliced
1 pc onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp alamang (shrimp paste)
4 pcs egg, beaten

How to cook Sarciado:

1. Fry tilapia. Set aside.
2. Saute onion and garlic. Add shrimp paste and mix until paste is cooked.
3. Add tomato. Stir and leave for 5minutes.
4. Season with salt and put fried tilapia.
5. Pour egg and evenly distribute. Remove from heat after a couple of minutes.

*After procedure #3, you may add little water if you prefer the dish to be a bit saucy.

    • hi raymark. thanks for your comment.
      i intentionally didn’t add water. the tomato has its juice…it should be enough but you may add little water if you find it dry πŸ™‚
